This is Asher’s bread recipe. Asher and his monkey Nonie made this mini loaf. This is a perfect single serving, mini loaf.
Let me give you a little background on this recipe: One time I was baking bread for dinner and Asher was watching. He wanted to help really bad, so I wrote random amounts of each ingredient in my mom’s bread recipe on a notecard. There was no math involved, just numbers that popped out of my head. His bread ended up tasting better than mine. We were absolutely shocked, so we saved the recipe.
Asher drew me a picture of us baking. It’s a perfect representation. We had so much fun baking this. My bread is baking in the oven and he is kneading his.
If you want the original recipe, here it is. It has clearly been used. This recipe makes two large loaves. It’s our go-to recipe for all occasions.
